Dodge I want to give you a chance to make things right I bought a car last summer a 2013 Challenger RT I was told there was a couple things wrong with the car and they would talk to the owner and offer some bought a car last summer a 2013 Challenger RT I was told there was a couple things wrong with the car and they would talk to the owner and offer something to help me get it fixed free or cheap considering I'm spending quite a lot of money on 150,000 mi vehicle turns out I get home the batteries completely bad had to take it out charge it at advance overnight to find this out talk to the salesman the next day he says the owner is not around I get this for the next few days until I finally replaced the battery myself and was told the suspension was fine and the rattling in the back was stuff in with the spare tire is now I knew that was probably false turns out the whole suspension went to xxxx if there's anything you can do to make this right please respond and I will contact you and we can make this right otherwise I guess there's no integrity much anywhere any more the reason I'm bringing this up is because I just got a call from Dodge asking if there's anything they can do when I was there for 2 weeks straight and they did nothing so I left it alone and it bugs me more and more everyday xxxxx in your court More

Was asked if I have an appt. Was told no. Then was told I would have be work to get an oil and filter changed since I had no appt. I was told by a black service technician, that this had changed a month ago. Nowhere on your website for the express lane does it indicate by appointments only Nor do you have a sign at the building appts only. This is a very poor way to do business. I'm appalled and disgusted at the service at this location, I wasted my time, gas, and energy to find this out. More

By far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had… Silvio Carvajal was professional, not pushy, a great salesman. However, the finance department was the very opposite. Extremely pushy, shady, and generally what I have come to expect from car dealerships. Shane, who we never saw, and Ryan Lesko, with his ethical standards nameplate, were anything but ethical. We were charged for a PermaPlate “accessory” that we had declined. Long story, but many hours and many details later, our options were… 1. Take a check for the PermaPlate charge (minus interest of course) 2. Leave the charge on but take a lower interest rate I learned several things shopping here. First of all, I definitely will not go back, ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone else either. Secondly, I will never finance through a dealership again! If you plan to finance here, I strongly recommend talking to a bank first. You’ll be surprised at the interest rate difference. I’ve never left a dealership feeling like I got a really great deal. I left this one feeling like I’d been repeatedly lied to and ultimately ripped off. More
I have been in the Auto business for 30 years moved to Tn. last year and I have to say this is the worst Service department I have ever dealt with they don't communicate with you when you call to get some Tn. last year and I have to say this is the worst Service department I have ever dealt with they don't communicate with you when you call to get some answers they act like you are a bother. I had a 7am appointment and called at noon time only to get an answer that they only have a few techs that can repair off brands. The problem was the AC was not blowing this does not take 4 hours to diagnose it is clear that the car was not even looked at yet. I will and can take my business some where else. I bought the car at the dealership last year. But it is clear they don't care about the customer. More
