I submitted a cancellation letter to this dealership and was told by the manager that my $3,250 refund would be issued within 30 days. When I followed up last week, another manager stated it would be proces was told by the manager that my $3,250 refund would be issued within 30 days. When I followed up last week, another manager stated it would be processed within a week. Neither timeline has been honored, and I have yet to receive my refund. The inconsistent communication and delays have been very disappointing. More

the worst place i have ever dealt i got a 2024 Ram 1500 For $60,000 dollar truck had a dent in it they agreed to fix they had it for 2 weeks then called my to pick it up it was the worse body work i have For $60,000 dollar truck had a dent in it they agreed to fix they had it for 2 weeks then called my to pick it up it was the worse body work i have ever seen i complained about it the sales Manger took the used car manager with him outside to look at it while i was in the show room they did not know my wife was sitting in the car next to the truck Sales Manager started Talking xxxx about me not knowing my wife over heard everything when i came out my wife confronted him about what he said about me he was shocked not a way to treat a customer that just spent that kind of money the used car manager did agree with my that was a terrible job they did and he had it redone and it came out good he was a man of his word then for day one truck had like 18 trouble codes in it i took it to them to fix it they gave me a loaner truck now after them having my truck for 14 days they call me said truck was done they replaced the wireless charger and told me they could not duplicate the other problem witch was a cop out all they had to do was scan truck and codes where still in there so i drive a hour to pick up truck they bring to me and sure enough the error was still on the radio and codes still active so i had to open p a case with stellantis to get them involved so after numeral phone calls with Stellantis and another 35 days they finally found out it was a wiring harness and replaced this deal was such a nightmare that lost sleep over this and was mentally drained i just traded the truck in for a new truck at a different dealer i would not recommend this dealer to my anyone sad when you cant use your local dealer so after owning the truck for almost 3 months i only drove it for 10 days or so More
