For my last 2 service appointments, it has taken several days to talk to a live person before setting up apt. When I mentioned it , service rep didn’t seem to care, no car wash after the $550 service like days to talk to a live person before setting up apt. For a premium priced service department, I would expect a lot higher service level than I have received recently. I will be trying the Acura dealership closer to my house. Also, I will be shopping for a new ACURA somewhat soon, probably will not consider this location again at this point. More
