The service department is totally inept. While getting a recall done, they recommended all four tires to be replaced. My tires are actually new! When I confronted the manager, he said the “guys in the back don’t know how to measure tire depth”! Seriously what could be simpler. This isn’t my only issue, I could write a book on the mistakes they have made in the past. The GM of the dealership actually said this: “the back shop if f-up”. That should be his problem not my problem. More
