This is the second time I have had to bring my new car (Hyundai Sonata) in to the service center. Although the service was fine, I had to wait for almost 2 hours to have my car serviced. This was especially annoying since I had an 8:30 AM appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. I do not understand why the service department is so backed up. Especially since one must make an appointment for service. Why is one expected to wait for almost 2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation? The previous time I brought my car in I had the same 2 hour wait. I don't understand why this seems to be my experience so far, but it does give me pause that I purchased my car from this dealership last January (2024) and have had the same extensive wait for service both times. Not acceptable. The admissions individual was absolutely not responsible for the wait but was subject to the same issues I faced! Very disappointing! More

Got a notice from Hyundai that the seatbelt warranty was extended to 100,000 miles on my 2020 palisade. My belt occasionally lays in the door jam . They charged me $214 to tell me it wasn’t covered but I c extended to 100,000 miles on my 2020 palisade. My belt occasionally lays in the door jam . They charged me $214 to tell me it wasn’t covered but I could pay something over $1,000 to fix. When I complained to service manager he said that his techs time was more importantly than mine. I will never buy a car from you guys again and will tell everyone I know how I got taken. More
