Not sure if it is a Acura problem or a dealer problem, but has taken almost a year to get 2 recalls done. I took my Acura in for a fuel pump recall service on Jan 3rd. I was promptly taken care of at the service desk by Jamey Moore. He described the work to be performed, asked if I had any questions, and had 3rd. I was promptly taken care of at the service desk by Jamey Moore. While I was at the desk, the service manager, Alex Hauenstein, stopped by to inquire how things were going and to ensure the job would be done on time as expected. All of the folks in the service department are always very courteous and professional. I bought my new Acura at Columbia going on five years ago, and it's always been serviced by them and their awesome staff. More
