My experience with Acura Service was good and professional. The service team provided me loaner car during the recall fix as well as torque converter fix. Absolutely hate their phone system! I set up a visit for a recall fix and dropped my car off (after scheduling via the automated system two weeks prior) only to learn they did not have I set up a visit for a recall fix and dropped my car off (after scheduling via the automated system two weeks prior) only to learn they did not have the part needed for the repair and I would have to reschedule. VERY ANNOYING. I had even included in my comments on the system while booking that I would be coming in for a recall. That said, Jamie, was able to rectify my issue by taking the part they had ordered for someone else and using it on my car. This was a great solution and saved me the time and inconvenience of having to come back which I really appreciated. However, if Columbia Acura either a) had a person take their calls or b) reviewed the automated messages, the whole mix-up could have been avoided. I would expect a better system from a premium brand. More

Excellent service once I was able to actually make the appointment. The AI service when calling 6 different times over a two week period was horrible.
