The place is full of arrogant people. 4/5/2004 Brought my 2001 Alero in for service, it has gone back a second time in three days because the same problem is happening again. The service man also dind't say there was a $35 for checking for gone back a second time in three days because the same problem is happening again. Excuse me?!?<br><br>-- update --<br><br>4/9/2004 Car is back at the same facility again for the same problems. Dropped it off on Wednesday night and they were 'too busy' to look at it on Thursday. They are just now looking at it on Friday. Bad, bad service. More
