The first visit, the alternator quit and I had my car towed there. The car sat for 10 days before they brought it into the shop. They told me there was nothing wrong, but I had to pay for the diagnosti towed there. The car sat for 10 days before they brought it into the shop. The second time my car had to again be towed and this time it sat for another week. Finally, you brought it in and said it's an alternator, that will be $670.00 thank you. I paid to have it towed to another shop and had it fixed for half that. Sorry, but I won't be back! More

Two words: Highway Robbery. My husband bought an air filter for $19 and put it in himself. You were going to charge $89!? Dealership was very professional . . service was not that complicated but still took approximately 2 hours. Good experience this was only my 3rd service appointment but have been impressed.
