I have been owning Acuras for at least 25 years and this is without question the finest group of people I have ever dealt with. The service department is second to none and service representative. It's not the service center I have an issue with but with Huyndai itself. When I got my new car, they told me I need to change the oil every 7500 miles. They wouldn't even change my oil until my car was 12 Huyndai itself. When I got my new car, they told me I need to change the oil every 7500 miles. They wouldn't even change my oil until my car was 12 months old because I didn't get to 7500 mile mark. Of course, service was provided for free for the first 3 years. I just had to pay for my first oil change since my car is now 3 years old. But now they recommend I get an oil change every 3000 to 3500 miles. Either Huyndai didn't take proper car of my car during the first 3 years, while they were paying, by not providing enough oil changes. Or they are scamming me out of money by recommending more frequent oil changes now that I am paying for them. Either way, it doesn't make me feel very confident in Hyundai. I'm just glad we discovered this now since we are looking for a new car for my husband and are not feeling very loyal to Hyundai or comfortable giving them more of our money. This was my 2nd Hyundai vehicle purchase but will probably be my last. More
The first visit, the alternator quit and I had my car towed there. The car sat for 10 days before they brought it into the shop. They told me there was nothing wrong, but I had to pay for the diagnosti towed there. The car sat for 10 days before they brought it into the shop. The second time my car had to again be towed and this time it sat for another week. Finally, you brought it in and said it's an alternator, that will be $670.00 thank you. I paid to have it towed to another shop and had it fixed for half that. Sorry, but I won't be back! More

Two words: Highway Robbery. My husband bought an air filter for $19 and put it in himself. You were going to charge $89!? Dealership was very professional . . service was not that complicated but still took approximately 2 hours. Also i think a 10.00 coupon is not worth much if the service costis above 150.00 dollars: we are happy with the service we have received. this year so far in 9 months we have had major body work done 1700.00 worth and 2 service calls costing approximately. 900.00 dollars. we are both on a fixed income.
