The dealer was great but I’m disappointed in the oil consumption of my new Genesis and the face that the complimentary oil changes are only at 8k and now the dealer says I need oil changes every 4k and consumption of my new Genesis and the face that the complimentary oil changes are only at 8k and now the dealer says I need oil changes every 4k and I’ll have to pay out of pocket. I did not stay in the waiting room for the oil change and had told the technician of that plan when I dropped my car off. He said my brakes may need to be cleaned for $125 for the front and $125 for the back had told the technician of that plan when I dropped my car off. He said he could and verified my phone number. I did not receive a call about if the brakes needed to be cleaned, wasn’t told anything about the condition of the brakes or the tires since I did not stay on the premises nor did I receive a call when the car was finished and ready for pick up. When I asked about not receiving a call that the oil change was finished, he said I called out into the waiting room and shrugged his shoulders. More

My service advisor Jamie helped me prioritize my repairs fr I had 5 different issues with my 2015 Acura RDX that needed attention with a cost of $5K. My service advisor Jamie helped me prioritize my repairs from 1-5. We have take care of 2 of them and Jamie helped me with the cost to make it a little easier on my wallet. We will be scheduling appointments for further attention to the needed repairs. Being a senior on a fixed income I am very grateful for someone with the honesty and professionalism of Jamie, his techs and the Acura dealership. I am blessed to be associated with your dealership.
