I didn’t buy an Acura, I have a G70 that your service Director, Bob, requires me to make a service appointment directly through him, instead of the Genesis app. If this isn’t a how the Columbia group tre Director, Bob, requires me to make a service appointment directly through him, instead of the Genesis app. If this isn’t a how the Columbia group treats customers, once I can get my service done elsewhere, I will never cross an entrance way to any Columbia dealership. I had my car towed o Columbia Acura on a Wednesday night because I had a 8:30 appointment the next day. A representative called me first thing Thursday morning told me that he was calling to get permission because I had a 8:30 appointment the next day. A representative called me first thing Thursday morning told me that he was calling to get permission to do a diagnostic on my car and the diagnostic alone would cost $165. I agreed. He said he would call back and let me know what they found out. I did not hear any thing by 4:30 that afternoon so I called and much to my surprise, They had not even looked at my car. A rep called me by 5pm that day and said, they were swamped that day and they would give me a call 1st thing in the morning to let me know what they found out!! I did not hear from them until 4pm the next day and by then I was on my way out there to pick up my vehicle! The cost was $195 and not what I was originally quoted!! I'm done with Columbia Acura!!!!!
