I had tried to schedule my first routine maintenance at a more local Hyundai dealership, but they couldn't squeeze in my basic oil change for 2 whole weeks, and I was in immediate need of the oil change due more local Hyundai dealership, but they couldn't squeeze in my basic oil change for 2 whole weeks, and I was in immediate need of the oil change due to mileage. I called Columbia, where I had originally purchased my car, explained the urgency, and they told me to bring it in, same-day. Each person that I spoke with was very polite and helpful. It did take a little while for them to finish the service, but they were admittedly very busy, and I can't knock them for that. They even washed my car for me, and I wasn't expecting that kind of luxury treatment. They didn't have to do anything other than change my oil, but they went that little extra, and I really appreciate it. So far, I have had nothing but good things to say about Hyundai as a car manufacturer, or Colombia as one of their dealerships. Both the sales, and the service departments seem to reflect what I'd expect from a company when making such an important and expensive investment as buying a new car. My 30min or so oil change took almost 2 hours, they ran out of oil and had to go somewhere and get some. Then as I was driving away, my low windshield fluid light came on and was marked as filled up. Joe went above and beyond trying to get my G 90 Genesis repair parts delivered and installed. He could not get the parts delivered in my short period of time in Cincinnati but is having the parts delivered repair parts delivered and installed.
