Fantastic service from Chuck and Judy in the Service Department. Wife came to pick me up after dropping off our Kona. The car she was driving broke down around the corner from the dealership. Went in an Department. Wife came to pick me up after dropping off our Kona. The car she was driving broke down around the corner from the dealership. Went in and asked Chuck how long it would take to get our Kona back because we had to wait for a tow on the other car. I explained that my wife or myself would have to walk back and wait for the tow and one of us would have to wait all day for the Kona. He was gone a few minutes and told us that you guys could give us a loaner to get us through the day. Wow what a great gesture ! Judy in Rentals fixed us up with another Kona (bright lime green ! ) for the day. Really saved us ! Both were truly compassionate and understood what a predicament we were in. I would like you to thank them for us and know that we truly appreciate their help. Kona was repaired that same day . Thanks Columbia Hyundai ! More
