Our car was there for a week and a half and we had almost no communication about the issue/timing for pick up. We had to call and request updates, and it took hours to receive a call back. When we finally did get the car back we found a dirty cover and screws in the back seat. They had never been put back where they belonged under the car. We had to take the car all the way back again to have that remedied. The customer service this dealership provides has plummeted in recent months.
