Making Service Appointment very difficult - never talked to person - left message 12 hours for phone text response - had to wait 10 days before I could get in for service. Also about a month ago, I had app to person - left message 12 hours for phone text response - had to wait 10 days before I could get in for service. Also about a month ago, I had appointment for service for 9am, I was told, on the phone it would take about an hour, said I would wait, got to service department and was told it would take at least 2 - 3 hours, I left. I was never offered pick up option. More
