My only comment was they charged for the installation of the front license plate \holder. The salesman would have done it when I picked up the car but I deferred to the first service. After looking for a 2024 GV70 to replace my 2021 GV80 at all dealerships in Indiana(including where my husband had previously purchased his G80 at a Genesis dealer in Noblesville), we were frustrated with t all dealerships in Indiana(including where my husband had previously purchased his G80 at a Genesis dealer in Noblesville), we were frustrated with the lack of transparent pricing and felt like we were getting the run around. We found a GV70 we were interested in and contacted the dealership, being extremely fortunate to be transferred to Chuck Shay. A few days later we were on our way from Indianapolis to your dealership....it was a dream process from start to finish. I appreciated how everyone went the extra mile to make this a wonderful experience and exceeded our expectations. Chuck and the finance manager were very thorough and efficient...the car was waiting for us, financing complete, I was showed all the bells and whistles on this GORGEOUS car and we were on our way! We will not hesitate to return.....in short, an amazing dealership and staff! Genesis should use this dealership as a model for other locations to follow--I was about to switch to an Audi over dealing with ANY of the Genesis dealers in Indiana and Columbia Acura saved the day! More
