Service individual I delt with was very professional. I would rate him well. My only complaint is that I was under the impression that free schedule maintenance was more encompassing than oil change and I would rate him well. Not sure if it is a Acura problem or a dealer problem, but has taken almost a year to get 2 recalls done.
