I’m recommending this service center based on previous experiences, my experience yesterday was disappointing. I was quoted a wait time of 45 - 60 minutes and it was over 90 minutes, just for an oil chang experiences, my experience yesterday was disappointing. I was quoted a wait time of 45 - 60 minutes and it was over 90 minutes, just for an oil change. My car was washed, but still dirty in some areas especially the windshield and was NOT vacuumed. The gentleman that checked me in was very polite and kind while the gentleman that walked me to my car told me that they would vacuum my car twice next time since they didn’t do it this time, which I had to point out. He did offer to vacuum it quickly but after being there for so long I was done being inconvenienced. More

I made the appointment, I filled out my contact info and left it in the night drop. My husband received a text while I was at work and he ok’d work by clicking a few check boxes thinking the timing belt was left it in the night drop. We called as soon as I learned of the misunderstanding within 3-4 hours and was told sorry you owe $4000.00 . Took a car in for a recall and left with high end cabin filters and a new belt. No mercy except Bob said my husband had no common sense and dropped the bill to 2650 to shut me up. More
