Our experience with our salesmen was great. Joe made our visit very easy and straight forward and I would recommend him. We purchased a used van but I am disappointed that after getting the car Joe made our visit very easy and straight forward and I would recommend him. We purchased a used van but I am disappointed that after getting the car home the first day there are bad front end components. The ball joints are making quite a bit of noise. While I understand this is a used vehicle and not CPO I would expect safety related items like steering and brakes to at least be gone over and checked. I have not contacted the dealer as our paperwork clearly states as is but buying from a dealer I would expect more. Again our salesmen was great and I do not want this to reflect negative on him in any way. More
