Columbia Acura consistently provides me with a positive service experience. My wife and I chose to even bring one of our cars that we purchased from another Acura dealer to Columbia for service because we service experience. I confirmed with two staff (greeter and the desk check in person) that my front floor wells would be cleaned with my Maintenence check. Only one was swept, leaving the other dirty.
