I appreciate the professionalism, honesty and integrity. I had 5 different issues with my 2015 Acura RDX that needed attention with a cost of $5K. My service advisor Jamie helped me prioritize my repairs fr I had 5 different issues with my 2015 Acura RDX that needed attention with a cost of $5K. My service advisor Jamie helped me prioritize my repairs from 1-5. We have take care of 2 of them and Jamie helped me with the cost to make it a little easier on my wallet. We will be scheduling appointments for further attention to the needed repairs. Being a senior on a fixed income I am very grateful for someone with the honesty and professionalism of Jamie, his techs and the Acura dealership. I am blessed to be associated with your dealership. The salesman I was dealing with was super helpful. I did go to look at a certified Acura, but it has damage that they did not tell me about. It was a wasted trip. It should not be listed as certified I did go to look at a certified Acura, but it has damage that they did not tell me about. It was a wasted trip.
