Jamey at the Acura Service Center is so helpful and informative. He even looked for ways to save me money by reviewing my service record before recommending routine maintenance, so that we didn't repea informative. Tell service, refrigeration systems do not fill with air if there is a leak. If there is refrigeration in the system e.g. cooling is still occurring, the system pressure is positive. As a result, air at atm if there is a leak. If there is refrigeration in the system e.g. cooling is still occurring, the system pressure is positive. As a result, air at atmospheric pressure cannot enter the refrigerant system. I was incorrectly told that if there is a refrigerant leak that air gets into the refrigerant system. That would be true if the system was flat, no pressure but not the case if there is still a cooling effect. Not a big deal to me, but the service people should understand and have the correct answers. This is a flawed survey because I have not working with John in sales but the survey will not submit if I don't check a star rating--I will choose 5 stars although I don't know who John McFarland is. More
Jeff was very easy to work with and he introduced us to the service department, which is very important to us. Everything was done on time, and consistent with what we were told verbally. Had problems with my brakes. They figured out the issue quickly, I got a loaner for the day and was able to return the next day with the brakes on my car working as they should.
