I want to like it. No appointments for oil change. I called and confirmed not busy. Still took close to 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and wash. Several had problems taking a lot of time. Charged me over $100 for an included service. Had to go back to service advisor then again waited in line for cashier who had trouble again with my paperwork. Still waiting to see if chip in paint is covered under the $1000 plan that was mandatory to buy with the purchase of the car More
Jamey, Mary, and all the people in the service area were great! He managed to fit me in quickly after my battery died over a holiday weekend.
