They took 2 hours for a service that always took 50 mins in others service providers. Obviously, it took two hours as the service guys stopped like 3 times to smoke during those 2 hours. Customer service/mechanics is very bad. Everyone is on their cell phone and a lack of communication. To get an appointment is months out then when you get one they lie about the service.
