Your service department is a mess, 20 years in the car business I have never seen something so bad. We currently have two vehicles that have been there multiple times for the same issue and both are stil business I have never seen something so bad. We currently have two vehicles that have been there multiple times for the same issue and both are still not fixed. Multiple messages left never a return call, we have two cars that are not sellable, one still sitting there for months the other didn't make it 5 miles and the check engine light came back on!!! More
