Columbia Acura did not correctly diagnose my car problem. They tried to sell me a battery because they thought the battery was bad. I called AAA to have them replace my old battery which was under warranty f They tried to sell me a battery because they thought the battery was bad. I called AAA to have them replace my old battery which was under warranty for a new battery. They did a check on the battery and said the battery is strong. I wanted a third opinion so I went to Bob Summeral who check my battery and alternator and said that the battery is good but the alternator needs replacing. More

We needed the door handle replaced on our Sonata as it had broken. This is the third door handle on this car that has broken. We called the service center to order a new handle and requested to have it pa had broken. This is the third door handle on this car that has broken. We called the service center to order a new handle and requested to have it painted prior to bringing our car in. The service attendant said they would take care of it and notify us when it was ready to be installed. We received a call and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment I was told that the handle needed to be painted. I explained that we had already requested it to be painted. The service person apologized and said he would contact me when it was ready to be installed, about two weeks. I waited for four weeks and did not hear anything. So I contacted the service department and was told they could not find the door handle and the service person I spoke with no longer works there. A few minutes later I received a call from a service person who stated they have the door handle ready and scheduled an appointment for the next week for installation. I came to the appointment at the correct time and was told it would be about two hours and I chose to wait. After about 30 minutes the service person came in and said that the door handle needed to be painted. At this point I requested to speak to the manager. After some discussion, the service manager promised to have the door handle ready in two days and scheduled to have me come in at 8 am for installation. I came in at the scheduled time and finally was able to have the new door handle installed. This whole experience was more than frustrating, I will not return to this dealership for any future repairs to my car! More
