My car was in the shop for 6+ weeks to replace a known sunroof issue on 2021 G80s. Greeting was nice and the agent acknowledged my online request for oil change, rotation of tire and car wash. 20minutes later I was instructed to go to the window for payment. As I was signing the receipt request for oil change, rotation of tire and car wash. 20minutes later I was instructed to go to the window for payment. As I was signing the receipt I noticed the tire rotation was not done. I asked about that and the receptionist inquired. The agent came to me and said it would be done-that there was a misunderstanding. I did show him my email confirmation for my request. A short while later I was informed that my car was ready in the exit lane. It was not. Then I was told it was in the car wash and would be brought around. I understood that to mean outside; and I waited. About 10 minutes later the in door open and I was asked if I was waiting for a car by who I believed was the supervisor of the check in desk, but still no car. A while later the agent who had been taken care of me, and I say that loosely, open the in door and said my car was ready only there was a car parked in front of it. So I guess I should have drove over the car in front of me or, again my car wasn’t ready. Your system needs work. If you tell your customer that the car is ready, make sure it is. Don’t jerk them around. More
