Service Department is awesome – special shout out to Jamey. I replaced my own battery in the remote key fob, and after that it did not work (go figure). Alex helped me with a basic oil change and tire rotation. I tried taking the cheap way out and it came back to bite me. After Valvoline Oil in Rookwood changed my oil and didn’t put the heat shield/drip pan I tried taking the cheap way out and it came back to bite me. After Valvoline Oil in Rookwood changed my oil and didn’t put the heat shield/drip pan all the way on, didn’t thread the oil filter on all the way and of course no wash I went to Columbia Acura and Alex not only fixed their mistake but also recommended an excellent vet to me. Let my lesson be the reason you never leave the dealership and if it’s your first time ask for Alex. He’s a true person to deal with and very honest. More
