Jamey explained everything to me AND provided me with a loaner vehicle which allowed the work to be done at this appointment. This is my second Acura (my husband has my first one)....I can go anywhere to buy a new car and to get my car serviced, but I choose to go to Columbia because of the way they serve their customers. Another point I want to share is I had to reschedule my appointment and I left a message for Jamey. He called me back in a very timely manner and was able to find a time that would meet my schedule. Great service, was able to schedule a time to test drive a specific car we wanted. Showed up and it was pulled around front for us. For $806, this is what I got: Oil Change New Cabin Air Filter New Engine Air Filter Flush & Fill Tire Rotation It cost $106 for part check. I even have the Hyundai Platinum Extended Warranty. Will never bring it to this Hyundai Dealer again More
