I had a recall on my car and scheduled a time to come in for the service. Everyone was polite and helpful getting me checked in and I then took a seat in the waiting area expecting a 90 min to 2 hour servic for the service. Everyone was polite and helpful getting me checked in and I then took a seat in the waiting area expecting a 90 min to 2 hour service. In just under an hour, Brindle came out, said everything was done and I could be on my way. Friendly folks. Quicker-than-expected service. And my "issue" resolved. Couldn't ask for anything more. They recommended services that I already had finished. They did not check my account to see that they were already done. They suggested I change the front pads on my front brakes but I got them done somew They did not check my account to see that they were already done. They suggested I change the front pads on my front brakes but I got them done somewhere else and was happy with them. Also suggested spark plugs. I got those and a tuneup in June. If they would’ve looked at my account they would’ve known that. My estimate was $2500. I only needed work that cost $413. I have other things to check out that I can get done somewhere else. More
