Recommended new filter not needed (just done previous visit), then overchaged for it. Unprofessional staff at the intake desk, took call from cell phone while helping us. Repair was projected to take 2 1/2 weeks. 12 weeks later received car back while still waiting on replacement part to complete work. Will never buy another Acura vehicle.
