We needed the door handle replaced on our Sonata as it had broken. This is the third door handle on this car that has broken. We called the service center to order a new handle and requested to have it pa had broken. This is the third door handle on this car that has broken. We called the service center to order a new handle and requested to have it painted prior to bringing our car in. The service attendant said they would take care of it and notify us when it was ready to be installed. We received a call and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment I was told that the handle needed to be painted. I explained that we had already requested it to be painted. The service person apologized and said he would contact me when it was ready to be installed, about two weeks. I waited for four weeks and did not hear anything. So I contacted the service department and was told they could not find the door handle and the service person I spoke with no longer works there. A few minutes later I received a call from a service person who stated they have the door handle ready and scheduled an appointment for the next week for installation. I came to the appointment at the correct time and was told it would be about two hours and I chose to wait. After about 30 minutes the service person came in and said that the door handle needed to be painted. At this point I requested to speak to the manager. After some discussion, the service manager promised to have the door handle ready in two days and scheduled to have me come in at 8 am for installation. I came in at the scheduled time and finally was able to have the new door handle installed. This whole experience was more than frustrating, I will not return to this dealership for any future repairs to my car! More

I'm really happy with the work, and they finished it much faster than I expected. The people I interacted with, though, seemed like they were annoyed they had to deal with customers. One, the procedure for dropping your car off isn't clear. I realize the employees do this all day every day. But this is a one-time thing for me. I don't automatically know how to fit in with your procedure. Sorry. Really, the entire time I was there, it was like I was interrupting more important work that they were doing. I received a lot of side-eye, and the employees seemed perturbed by everything. It was like dealing with a customer was a chore. I'm a chill, go with the flow type person. College-educated. I'm not used to being treated like that. More
