Columbia Acura did not correctly diagnose my car problem. They tried to sell me a battery because they thought the battery was bad. I called AAA to have them replace my old battery which was under warranty f They tried to sell me a battery because they thought the battery was bad. I called AAA to have them replace my old battery which was under warranty for a new battery. They did a check on the battery and said the battery is strong. I wanted a third opinion so I went to Bob Summeral who check my battery and alternator and said that the battery is good but the alternator needs replacing. More

I thought the staff was top-notch! I felt the bill needed to be explained a little better. I had a sensor replaced at a cost of $34.82 and Taxes were $35.90 because the labor was over I felt the bill needed to be explained a little better. I had a sensor replaced at a cost of $34.82 and Taxes were $35.90 because the labor was over $412.00? I think it needed to be broken down better. I asked Allen if they needed to get into the transmission or something; he said no it was just under the hood. I apprieciate the service I get from Allen, Trevor but dropping 400 for poping the hood seem excessive. More
