Simple stuff - Total service price to replace a faulty door handle was way out of sync with expectation. I wanted a courtesy drop-off and was told it was not available. While waiting I saw the courtesy door handle was way out of sync with expectation. I wanted a courtesy drop-off and was told it was not available. While waiting I saw the courtesy driver transporting folks to their homes and work. In addition, time interval to schedule this service appointment was unacceptable. They got a lot of simple stuff wrong. Service quality has noticeably dropped over the past 10 years that we have been service customers. We have moved on to other local repair service providers. More
