Let me start by saying, overall, the dealership is great! They were wonderful to deal with when we bought the car last year, our salesman Brian is excellent, the gentleman in finance was great, the service d They were wonderful to deal with when we bought the car last year, our salesman Brian is excellent, the gentleman in finance was great, the service department is always friendly, helpful, and thorough. The only issue we've had has happened twice now both times that we've had the car in for routine service. I purchased the additional warranty packages that includes basic maintenance like oil changes, etc. However, during my very first service my bill came out charging me for those items. I spoke to someone who fixed it, well, they took the wrong thing off and left the slightly higher item on, nonetheless, they mostly rectified it. I just had the car in for its second service, B1 I believe, and was again charged for the service (oil change/etc). My husband paid but right afterwards, I questioned it, and we realized the issue. He called in and verified it should not have been charged and they had someone call us back the following Monday to issue a refund for that amount. So, both times, it was taken care of, however, it should be clear on my account that I have the additional warranty package that included those services so that I am not charged in the first place causing extra work for all involved. If they could fix that issue, it would be fantastic. More

The service rep for Hyundai was very professional, listened to me, consulted me on my vehicle's problems. He also suggested additional service work. I waited at the dealership. They were gracious hosts in offering free beverages and snacks. It was a very frigid day so I did get chilled while waiting. However, I joined some of the discussions with other customers and learned a few new things. I think it would be a good idea to show videos about Hyundai vehicles, especially issues relevant to new vehicles such as best practices for starting, maintaining, stopping at red lights, etc. instead of having a regular t.v. show on.
