Continued great level of service from Columbia Acura. Jamey is always incredibly pleasant when I come into the Service department and Tiffany took excellent care of me! Promptly greeted upon entering service garage. Waited inside for rep to get off phone to check me in for roughly 10 minutes. Average wait time for oil change. Columbia Acura Service Center is wonderful. Jayme is always helpful with finding a time based on my schedule for me to bring my car in. I truly feel respected and I respect the people that work in the Service Center. This last visit was a B1. During the check-up, they found my brakes were going bad. Jamey explained everything to me AND provided me with a loaner vehicle which allowed the work to be done at this appointment. This is my second Acura (my husband has my first one)....I can go anywhere to buy a new car and to get my car serviced, but I choose to go to Columbia because of the way they serve their customers. Another point I want to share is I had to reschedule my appointment and I left a message for Jamey. He called me back in a very timely manner and was able to find a time that would meet my schedule. He always greets me by name. THANK YOU! More
