I really like the dealership, but I hate the answering system that they have when everybody’s busy. I didn’t get a call telling me My car was not going to be ready until I was halfway there and I had trie system that they have when everybody’s busy. The service department is good. Do not like the automated system. They have on the phone when they’re busy they told me my car would probably be ready at five. I tried to call them before I left and got that machine was halfway to the dealership and they called me, said my car would not be ready till the next day. I spent an hour and a half on the highway in bad traffic which I could’ve been at home, not doing that had I known for sure my car wasn’t ready. More

I brought my Hyundai Elantra Limited 2015 in for service on November 4th. The service involved replacement of an engine. I picked up my Elantra on December 7th and returned to the service department on De on November 4th. The service involved replacement of an engine. I am a little worried about my service that has been completed. I am picking up the car tomorrow December 12th. More
