This low review is because of the incredibly difficult and dysfunctional process in place to simply schedule an appointment for service. Every time I tried calling the service department, I got the same and dysfunctional process in place to simply schedule an appointment for service. Every time I tried calling the service department, I got the same person who said she’d put me through but they're really busy back there. The phone rings and it’s an automated voicemail taking my info and stating I’ll get a call back. No call back. I call back later and get the same lady who puts me through and still, no answer. I left another voicemail with a request to call back within an hour because I’m not with my phone all the time. No response that day. I called a third time the next day, only to get the automated voicemail. All I could do was offer specific dates that I can take off work because I’m 50 minutes away. No response even the next day. Two whole days later I get a text message with one of my dates but no details of what service I am going to get. I have to actually request, via text, confirmation that it’s what I asked for in my voicemails. I recently read all the reviews available on Google where people have complained about this for years and give only 1 star for the exact same reasons. It’s so discouraging and disheartening being treated in such an unprofessional and discourteous manner. The website scheduler has always been broken, yet still tricks you into going through the stages of entering all the requested information, only to reach the same error at the very end where all dates are grayed out. In addition, no one explains anything about what was done, nor offers any recommendations for future service, nor inquires if I have any questions, etc. It’s just straight to the payment counter to try and read all the printed details on the invoice while paying. I would have given 1 star but the fact I got there early and the young man got me in right away made me feel at ease. Also, the nice gentleman who checked me in was cordial and correctly estimated a 3 hour wait. The friendly manager (I assume) offered me snacks after a few hours, and got a path cleared for me to exit the garage. However, I never really got any status on my vehicle during the whole time I was waiting. I sincerely hope some of these glaring issues are corrected, but I’m very skeptical. For comparison, Columbus allowed me to schedule via their website on the first attempt. I also received a personal welcome email from the service concierge with detailed instructions for my visit. I would have gone there instead had not your department randomly texted me after several days for one of the dates I offered. I honestly wish I had waited and gone to Columbus instead. Its quite possible this is the best all around service department I've even been to. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff at every turn from check in, wait time/loaner if need be, even check department I've even been to. The experience was fine. Pretty straightforward. The man that did the “paperwork” with electronic signature was quite rude and took exception to my explaination so I had to g Pretty straightforward. The man that did the “paperwork” with electronic signature was quite rude and took exception to my explaination so I had to go and get the very nice salesman Yanni who came and educated him. The guy was new just a few months ago. He needs better education and gracefulness. Hope you can get him to smile. Yanni was very pleasant and helpful. By the way, the second day if ownership it he low tire light came on and 27 pounds of pressure was in each tire. Otherwise all is fine but I’ll need a course on how you use all the stuff. This was my first service appointment at this dealership for my new car and unfortunately there was nothing good about this experience. The person that checked me in had been there for a week and had no gui for my new car and unfortunately there was nothing good about this experience. The person that checked me in had been there for a week and had no guidance or customer service skills. Couldn’t tell you his name because he didn’t introduce himself except that he was new and didn’t know the system yet. Sooo great start! It took 2 HOURS to get a simple oil change. When done my car wasn’t washed or vacuumed, and I had to remove and the plastic just so I could drive it to finally get out of there. Nothing was reviewed with me so I can only guess they did what they were supposed to do. And then this morning (one day after my appointment) all my tires were showing 26 psi. I know the cold lowers the tire pressure but with this large of a drop I would think it should have been seen during my appointment unless it wasn’t checked? Part of the reason I chose to purchase this vehicle was the expectation of great customer service, especially since I’m required to take my car there for service. I take a lot of pride in taking good car of my cars so hoping this was just a bad day and things get better. More
