The staff is nice, but I have spent more than 8 hours over three different services trying to get my NFC card to work, and it does not work. Counting my drive time (20 minutes each way, it's more than 10 over three different services trying to get my NFC card to work, and it does not work. Counting my drive time (20 minutes each way, it's more than 10 hours of my time to not have a resolution). In this time, the crew ended up leaving a tool in the car, items from my center console strewn about the front seats, and my steering wheel was damaged which now needs repair and a fourth trip to service going back to just a single ask for a card to be programmed which could only be programmed by the dealership. More

I was met with a tepid service from more than one agent. It was apparent that they did not care one way or the other. I had an appointment and was not told how long the service would take. That was okay as I was willing to leave the car, although I did wait over an hour at first. When I inquired I was not told when it would be ready do I left it. When I returned to get the car, the service runner and the cashier were very nice but the agents did not even attempt to talk to me. There was no explanation of the work which was minimal but still would have been good to have an explanation. The car was in the lot in front but I was not told so until I had waited for over 10 minutes for someone to tell me. They were not busy. I have always had very good service in the past. This was not the case. I was there on two occasion over two days and the service and demeanor was the same. I did notice other customers getting better treatment . The cashier lady made up for the lack of care. Sorry this is th only game in my area or I would not have come back. More
