We had been looking for a great van for a few months. Our budget was pretty limited, and we wanted something reliable and with fairly low miles. I saw a Dodge caravan on Autofinders website and it looked like something we might want and at the price we needed. In fact, the price seemed excellent for this van. I called and spoke to Michelle to ask if we could get a Carfax on it. Without any hesitation she said absolutely and emailed it to me right there on the phone. They really want to be as upfront and transparent as possible. I like that 'cos some other dealers wouldn't let me have a Carfax unless I had test driven the vehicle. The carfax on the van was good and we decided to drive 1 1/2 hrs to test drive it. I did call Michelle and gave her a rough idea when we would get there. We arrived about 10 mins earlier than we had expected. The only disappointment was the van had not been brought over from the other lot and took another 1/2 hr (that was the only reason I gave a 4 on customer service). We were allowed a very long test drive of the van, which was nice to really try it out. We traded in our old van and were happy with the trade in offer. We paid cash and were surprised at how much paperwork there still was - it took a good 1/2 hr or more to get all that done. They also gave us a list of everything that was fixed on our new van and all the work done to it - they seem VERY thorough about getting all the vehicles they are selling ready to drive and things fixed that need to be. We love the van and we're very happy with the price and so far so good! I would DEFINITELY recommend them, and really liked Michelle. More

I couldn't believe the price they had on the car I wanted.After doing a little research they were 5k less then any other dealer on the same make and model.Well the reason, they don't feed you a bunch wanted.After doing a little research they were 5k less then any other dealer on the same make and model.Well the reason, they don't feed you a bunch of crap they give you a fair trade-in value instead of making it sound like they can give you more than your car is worth and then jacking up the price of thier car.After doing buisness in this manner I found I saved about 3k over playing around with a bunch of nubers and getting confused on the trade value and out the door price.I would go to colorado auto finders first and last cause I know thier prices can't be beat. My husband and I found Colorado Auto Finders on Auto Trader.com, where we had found several vehicles that we were interested in. We looked at the vehicle and loved it but we were torn between the one there and one elsewhere. Oscar was very friendly, and really worked with us on the price and some options that we couldn't turn down, all the while not being pushy at all. It was nice to not feel pressured into a vehicle. Oscar was the person that helped us from start to finish. Even other employees there made our purchase so much more relaxing! It didn't feel like one of those dealerships where your waiting and waiting, just to be passed to another person who had to go ask "so and so" more questions. It was just Oscar, and it was the quickest and most painless car buying purchase we have ever had. I just loved how it was small, clean and personable unlike those big dealerships. We have had our H3 Hummer for about 2 weeks now and every time I think back about our experience with Auto Finders, I'm so glad we went through them. Oscar and the other employees there have our business, and we will definitely be going back for any future purchases or any work that needs to be done on our vehicles. This was one of the best car experiences that I have ever had. No hassles, no waiting until "approval" for hours on end to break you down and lower your resistance to buying a vehicle. I decided to buy a car on Wednesday and by Thursday the deal was done. I signed paperwork on Friday and picked up the car on Saturday because I had no ride back to Colorado Auto Finders until then. Otherwise, I would have been in and out in under an hour! I have never had better service from the owner, to the sales rep, to the service manager. All of them were courteous, friendly, helpful, and definitely NOT pushy and overbearing.
