I purchased a 2001 Ford F150 Lightning from out of state (UTAH).I'm a retired from the United States Air Force and a Disabled Veteran, Dave said he looked the truck over and claimed it had nothing wrong wit (UTAH).I'm a retired from the United States Air Force and a Disabled Veteran, Dave said he looked the truck over and claimed it had nothing wrong with it, and the truck had gone thru a 125 point ispection with only the power steering pump needing to be replaced (Not true still has the original pump installed) also he told me it had a dent on the drivers side cab (which we agreed on lowering the sales price $250). When I pick the truck up I found a least 12 small dents on the hood and upper cab and a deap scratch on the drivers door, appears to have been in a hail storm. While driving back to Utah I discovered the Cruise control didn't work ($35 for a new master cylinder switch)also the temperature control for the heater didn't work ($40 for a new actuator motor), rear sliding glass latch was missing ($10 for new latch). I Stop for gas in Cheyenne and when I lifted the wiper arm to clean the windshield the wiper blade fell off ($20 new blades). After getting back home I discovered the spare tire was missing and the spare tire hoist was broken ($30 for a wheel $105 for a tire $110 for a new hoist).3 bulbs were burnt out fog lamp,mirror turn signal, and licnse plate bulb. The truck had paint overspray all over it, it took me a whole day to buff it off the paint and to strip it off the windows. Lucky for me I was able to take care of this myself. this would have cost someone else several hundreds of doolars. Needless to say the 125 point inspection never happened and Mr Russman was not honest with me about the condition of the truck. Shame on Colorado Auto Finders. More

We had been looking for a great van for a few months. Our budget was pretty limited, and we wanted something reliable and with fairly low miles. I saw a Dodge caravan on Autofinders website and it looke Our budget was pretty limited, and we wanted something reliable and with fairly low miles. I saw a Dodge caravan on Autofinders website and it looked like something we might want and at the price we needed. In fact, the price seemed excellent for this van. I called and spoke to Michelle to ask if we could get a Carfax on it. Without any hesitation she said absolutely and emailed it to me right there on the phone. They really want to be as upfront and transparent as possible. I like that 'cos some other dealers wouldn't let me have a Carfax unless I had test driven the vehicle. The carfax on the van was good and we decided to drive 1 1/2 hrs to test drive it. I did call Michelle and gave her a rough idea when we would get there. We arrived about 10 mins earlier than we had expected. The only disappointment was the van had not been brought over from the other lot and took another 1/2 hr (that was the only reason I gave a 4 on customer service). We were allowed a very long test drive of the van, which was nice to really try it out. We traded in our old van and were happy with the trade in offer. We paid cash and were surprised at how much paperwork there still was - it took a good 1/2 hr or more to get all that done. They also gave us a list of everything that was fixed on our new van and all the work done to it - they seem VERY thorough about getting all the vehicles they are selling ready to drive and things fixed that need to be. We love the van and we're very happy with the price and so far so good! I would DEFINITELY recommend them, and really liked Michelle. More

I couldn't believe the price they had on the car I wanted.After doing a little research they were 5k less then any other dealer on the same make and model.Well the reason, they don't feed you a bunch wanted.After doing a little research they were 5k less then any other dealer on the same make and model.Well the reason, they don't feed you a bunch of crap they give you a fair trade-in value instead of making it sound like they can give you more than your car is worth and then jacking up the price of thier car.After doing buisness in this manner I found I saved about 3k over playing around with a bunch of nubers and getting confused on the trade value and out the door price.I would go to colorado auto finders first and last cause I know thier prices can't be beat.
