Dishonest salesman I inquired about a Land Rover online from Kansas City and very specifically asked the salesman if there were any issues with the vehicle (scratches, d I inquired about a Land Rover online from Kansas City and very specifically asked the salesman if there were any issues with the vehicle (scratches, dents, overall condition). I had him do a walk around video before I booked my flight. Once I arrived in Denver, the salesman informed me that he "forgot" to tell me the windshield was cracked, but that it was still a "great car." After talking to the GM they agreed to replace the windshield. This delayed my trip by an entire day. The GM seemed like a good guy, but the experience left a VERY sour taste in my mouth. Would never buy a car from them again. More
They are HORRIBLE!!!!! Me and my husband bought a car from them while I was pregnant. At the time, we had to get a car loan and it was at a certain limit and they went way beyond that limit and NEVER ask from them while I was pregnant. At the time, we had to get a car loan and it was at a certain limit and they went way beyond that limit and NEVER asked us if we wanted a warranty. When all was said and done, I asked if they already added the warranty onto the price and they said that they did. And I said okay. One month into owning the car, there was a TERRIBLE oil leak and when we called to get it serviced, they said that we didn’t have a warranty on it and I explained the situation and they told me that WE were lying. Now, 6 months later, the car doesn’t even run. Everyone who is reading this, GO. TO. A. DIFFERENT. DEALER. More

Would give negative stars if possible. Horrible communication, they got their money from us and then refused to take our calls or call us back after the vehicle we bought was in the shop le Horrible communication, they got their money from us and then refused to take our calls or call us back after the vehicle we bought was in the shop less than two weeks after purchase date. Then the warranty they sold us which was supposedly "a great one, one of the best ones we can get" will not cover the repairs needed until the vehicle breaks down and is no longer driveable???? We have a 5 month old baby and this is our primary vehicle so we should just drive it around and pray it doesn't break down with him in the car??? Ridiculous. Ali and Oscar have made ZERO effort to make any of this crap situation better. Wouldn't refer a single person here. More
Seemed friendly then very high pressure. Added $500 Watch out for this car lot! They act very friendly then turn up the pressure in the finance office. Then they added $499 "dealer fee". Crooks with a smile This dealership is a bunch of crooks like the rest of them except they do it with a smile consistently. They brag about being family owned and caring This dealership is a bunch of crooks like the rest of them except they do it with a smile consistently. They brag about being family owned and caring about customers but its all xx. The salesman Lewis was unprofessional. He will never call (while working a deal) or return your call if you call him multiple times. Right after I bought my car and took it for a wash I discovered it has a leak in the front windshield. I got a hold of Lewis and told him to see if there was anything they could do and he stated he would talk to the windshield guy to see when he was in and call me right back to let me know so I could come back in and get it fixed. I never heard from him. I called back multiple times for over a week and got another person telling me he wasn't in or they would send me straight to voicemail. GREAT. When I was working the deal they xxxxed me over on my trade in as well. I knew my cars value and did all the research. When the Manager (who prices the trades) came to talk to me on my trade he offered me 17k. He showed me everything that was wrong with it (which I was aware of) and tried to justify the offer. The repairs were going to be less than 3k and the car was on the market (within a 500 mile radius) retailing for 26-29k. I showed him various other ones (similar miles and spec) going for an average of 28k! All I wanted was around 20 and these xxxxxxxx then refered to telling me the car would sit in their lot for a long time because it was winter and it was rear wheel drive. Excuses one after the other. My trade ended up being sold for 28.5k in less than two months!! JUST LIKE I TOLD THEM WOULD HAPPEND!! xxxx these lying xxxxs I will never go back or refer anyone here . More
Wouldn't pass inspection We purchased a 2015 Cadillac via the internet. We had multiple conversations with Eric about features, asking about any issues, faults, problems, etc. We purchased a 2015 Cadillac via the internet. We had multiple conversations with Eric about features, asking about any issues, faults, problems, etc. After reassurances that there were absolutely no issues, we decided to purchase. It was shipped to us and upon arrival we noted a bad turn signal. We contacted the dealership and was told to have it fixed and they would cover it. Took it to a dealership and was told $800 for parts and labor stating it wasn't a bulb, it was the whole fixture. They didn't want to pay that so came back and said they would ship us a new fixture but we would have to pay labor to have it installed. In the mean time, this car will not pass inspection without a working turn signal. We got the fixture and went to a dealer closer to us who informed us the car had been wrecked and the issue wasn't with the fixture. When the car was repaired, it was not put back together properly and a terminal was pinched. We contacted Oscar and told him the car had been wrecked and improperly fixed. He informed us that they have no legal obligation to inform us that a car has been in an accident. He indicated we should return the fixture since it wasn't needed and he would reimburse us the cost of the fixture once he got his refund from E-bay. We had to pay for this repair out of our own pocket before the car would pass inspection for us to legally register it. We will never deal with them again. They obviously don't stand behind their vehicles. Don't ever accept what they tell you at face value. Customer service makes or breaks you. Lesson learned for us, don't trust what they tell you and never buy without your own inspection. There is not enough room here to go into further detail, but we feel misled and deceived. When you ask specific, detailed questions and are given answers, you should be able to depend on the accuracy of those answers. We would rate zero if we could. More
Buyer beware This is a buyer beware about this dealership. We signed what we thought was a contract to purchase a 2007 Lincoln MKX. We took it for a test drive a This is a buyer beware about this dealership. We signed what we thought was a contract to purchase a 2007 Lincoln MKX. We took it for a test drive a found a couple of items that needed repair. After a little of negotiating this dealership agreed to fix the items. This was put in writing and signed by Ali Awada (President) on the buyers order. One of the items was that the sun roof would no work. After over five weeks we were called and notified that the car was fixed and everything had been repaired and the car was ready for us close on the deal. (Please note this and don’t complete any transaction until you are satisfied with their work. We arrived at the dealership to find out that none of the items had been repaired). The sun roof would only work properly part of the time. We explained this to the salesman and were referred to David Russman (Sales Manager). We explained the issues to him and we were told that this was a consignment unit and he would call the owner of this unit. Mr. Russman returned and explained to us, “The owner has spent a lot of money trying to fix the sunroof on this car and would not spend a penny more on it”. We asked about the contract that we had sighed to purchase this car and were told by Mr. Russman “that what we signed was not a contract but buyers agreement, so we could take the car with the sunroof broken as is or walk away. The dealership cannot make the owner fix or sale us the car”. We opted to walk away and not purchase a car that needed further repairs done. Please keep this in mind when dealing with the car dealership. More
