I would like to point out there were some key things I witnessed while dealing with this company. First..no pressure! Second, Military gratitude and appreciation. Third, the service department is fantastic. They installed new rotors and brakes no questions asked. Also, after the sale they fixed a turbo line. The service department manager John H and the technician Casey H were outstanding. Fourth, since I spent a couple hours in the lobby (waiting on brakes and turbo line fix) I noticed the customer service was impeccable, from greetings, to interaction of employees, and the politeness of every employee. I was shown multiple vehicles and I decided to go with a Honda Pilot at a very reasonable price. The staff I was dealing with were very friendly and felt of no pressure at all in them trying to sell me a v Honda Pilot at a very reasonable price. They even lifted the car for me in their service shop to inspect the bottom of the vehicle and all seem to be good. I love my car. My daughter is soon turning 16 years old and eventually is going to need a car and definitely be coming back to this dealership to purchase one for her. Dishonest salesman I inquired about a Land Rover online from Kansas City and very specifically asked the salesman if there were any issues with the vehicle (scratches, d I inquired about a Land Rover online from Kansas City and very specifically asked the salesman if there were any issues with the vehicle (scratches, dents, overall condition). I had him do a walk around video before I booked my flight. Once I arrived in Denver, the salesman informed me that he "forgot" to tell me the windshield was cracked, but that it was still a "great car." After talking to the GM they agreed to replace the windshield. This delayed my trip by an entire day. The GM seemed like a good guy, but the experience left a VERY sour taste in my mouth. Would never buy a car from them again. More
