In regard to your warranty, we are unable to cancel warranties and this was explained during the sign-up process as well as on the 3 required documents that you signed. We certainly strive to accommodate every customer and will consider your feedback in order to do better in the future.

Did I mention anything about what your talking about in my review? I mentioned extended warranty. Why don’t you tell the people why is it your extended warranty is non refundable. Even though on the warranty’s own website it says it’s totally refundable and all you need to do is get a cancellation from the dealer. So you tell everyone why you won’t cancel extended warranty. I’d love to hear it. And make it public response.
