I had a problem with the side molding on my 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD becoming loose on all 4 doors. Edison came and looked at it and determined that the molding needed to be replaced. We recently purchased a used 2007 Ford F550. The dealership was great until the purchasing was done. I bought the truck for my excavating business, the salesman knew I would be towing my equipment dealership was great until the purchasing was done. I bought the truck for my excavating business, the salesman knew I would be towing my equipment around. When I got the truck home, I saw that the entire right side of the bed was cracked and the side was floppy. I called the dealership right away and they put a thin top coat over the crack and gave it back to me, like that was going to hold the bed together while i towed my equipment. The dealership then apologized profusely stating the service department had not gone over the truck thoroughly because it looked so nice! they took the truck again and put joices under the bed along the right side and gave it back. They didn't even fix the crack. Then they told me to get a quote from a body shop for what it would cost to fix it correctly. We did, $2000.00!!! Gave the dealership the quote and they said, they would take the truck back and fix it correctly and then sell it again, but they wouldn't pay to have it fixed correctly now, for me. Someone is service told me that the dealership knew the truck had problems, but it had been on the lot for 90 days and they just wanted to get rid of it. I am so disappointed that the dealership would deliberately sell a truck that couldn't preform the duties they sold it for. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, not even my worst enemy. More
