Not A Great Experience At All! Horrible experience with this dealer. Sent my car here because the key was stuck in my ignition. Not only did they not diagnose my car first, they performed a service without contacting me "THE CUSTOMER" to only have my new key and new ignition that I purchased with them to be stuck again two days after picking up my car. Following the issue it took them a week and a half to even justify this issue, countless phone conversations with no follow ups as promised. Only to voice one thing and completely lie about it via email. I chose to email after lies were told and also spending over $500 with this dealer only for them to quote me almost another $600 that could of been avoided on their account. Long story short instead of fixing the issue at hand, Frank basically told me in nice terms he no longer wanted my business by just offering my a refund for the service prior provided. Disgusting customer service on the behalf of both Manager & Assistant Manager! Sincerely, A customer with the key still stuck in their ignition. More

Poor customer service - Quirk is MUCH better I recently had two tires repaired on my Jetta. I picked up my car after hours and drove home, but the key wouldn't come out of the ignition when I ar I recently had two tires repaired on my Jetta. I picked up my car after hours and drove home, but the key wouldn't come out of the ignition when I arrived. I tried to remove the key for an hour. Finally I called the dealer for assistance and one of the sales reps told me that I would have to wait until morning. "I live in the city and I can't leave my car running all night" I told him. He agreed and he called the mechanic that performed the work to ask him what happened with the ignition. The mechanic told him that he was having issues with the ignition (an issue that I have never experienced) and that there was a trick to get the key out. The sales rep told me to bring the car in and the dealership would cover the cost of the ignition replacement. When I arrived today to have the ignition repaired, the service representative, Dan, refused to fix the ignition. Do not use this dealership. They do not care about customer service. Go to Patrick or Quirk. They care a lot more about customer service. More

When you're buying a car it's not just the car but the service. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle Greg will make sure you get the car you need, he's not pushy at all and it's just an overall fun experience the way it should be. Too expensive I have visited the service center yesterday for oil change. I have asked for inspection of my breaks when I dropped off my car. After few more hours, I have visited the service center yesterday for oil change. I have asked for inspection of my breaks when I dropped off my car. After few more hours, I have received the call from a guy told me my breaks and tires have to change asap, and then I asked for prices for changing breaks and tires separately. I was shocked for the prices he gave to me, here was the details. He asked $1400 for changing both front and rear breaks and >$600 for four tires with no brands. I was very serious to think about the changing of breaks, but I told him I have changed my breaks in the past for less than $600 for each pair form different VW dealership. The guy just told me because the price of parts are more expensive than past which was not the truth. I have asked him seriously for discount and finally got 10% discount from him, however, I still thought his price was ridiculously expensive. I have called another dealership for the prices of changing both breaks, they gave me the price was more reasonable and asked $800 for changing both breaks. So I went to this dealership for changing my breaks. I totally understood that the different dealership had different prices for same service, but I didn't know the difference can be this much big (more than 50% of the average price). One more thing, this dealership also asked me to change the exhaust gasket for $160, OMG, the gasket just cost around $10, and they charge 15 times more. I wrote this review for reminding you be aware of the ridiculously high price from this dealership, I won't go to this dealership again for future any services. More
