I first brought my car here because I thought my clutch was slipping. It was not and they were pretty patient with me which was nice. I've brought my car here twice now (I just moved here) for the annual s was slipping. It was not and they were pretty patient with me which was nice. I 100% trust them with my car and honestly I don't let anyone but me and the people here drive my vehicle. More

The staff was friendly and explained to me how the process would go. I waited in the lounge for my car to be serviced. I was told over the phone it would take no more than an hour and 30 minutes, incl process would go. I waited in the lounge for my car to be serviced. I was told over the phone it would take no more than an hour and 30 minutes, including the complementary wash and vacuum but it actually took a little more than that even though I opted not to get it cleaned. Normally, I wouldn’t mind but I had another meeting to get to and was cutting it close. This was also a bit concerning because I didn’t feel comfortable waiting so long in the lounge as it got more and more crowded. Again, typically this wouldn’t be an issue because I have ways to keep entertained/busy when I bring my car in so waiting is fine with me, but with COVID, it began to feel crowded having so many people in the waiting area. How busy it was would also explain why it took a longer for my car to be finished. Overall, I have no issues with this dealership and will definitely return. More
