This was my first 10,000 oil changed and I didn't realize this was included when I bought the car so that was a nice surprise. Frank was very friendly. I was going to take my car in for inspection however I was informed that the fees were $160 per hour to diagnose the problems. I do wish they told me this before I drove 35 minute for inspection however I was informed that the fees were $160 per hour to diagnose the problems. I decided against the inspection because I have an older car and paying a fraction of what it is worth just to have it diagnosed is not worth the money. I wish the service technicians could have at least talked to me about the issues I was having They said they never heard of these problems before- which seems highly unlikely for veteran employees.
