Colonial of Medford Blasted on the lug nuts after having tires mounted and balanced and an alignment done. I had to jump on my breaker bar to loosen the lug nuts so I could do a rear brake service. Torqui More

We're sorry to hear you had issues with your lugs. We would love to discuss this further so that we can look into what technician worked on your vehicle and address this with him. Our techs are required to do all jobs to VW factory specifications and if one of them is not utilizing a torque wrench to torque down lug nuts we would like to be able to make sure they do not do this in the future.
