Everyone at the dealership has been incredibly accommodating. I had recently purchased this vehicle and got a notification to check my oil levels. I scheduled an oil change and a tire replacement over 2 weeks ago with service. I rescheduled to the following week. When I got there day of service they did not have the tire in stock nor provided me with weeks ago with service. I rescheduled to the following week. This was my 2nd visit to the Colonial VW service department. I will certainly be back. Once again I received top notch service from Dan. Also, I was quite surprised that Dan was able to secure VW Factory coverage for a repair I thought would cost me huge. Dan really stepped up for me. My vehicle , my time, myself, and my wallet were well respected. Also, Because this Beetle Convertible is now a discontinued model, I needed to resort to purchasing it in a private sale.
