They tried to push service that wasn't needed. They said I needed my spark plugs changed and it was $260. They said it was missed during the 40K service. I mentioned that was a pre-paid maintena They said I needed my spark plugs changed and it was $260. They said it was missed during the 40K service. I mentioned that was a pre-paid maintenance and if it was missed then I should get it for no charge. All of the sudden, they were changed at 40K. I also heard the sale rep tell another customer they need spark plugs so it probably was a service being pushed that week. More
