I came into the Volkswagen dealership looking to test out some new cars and luckily I got to work with Shawn Keogler, who was such a helpful person throughout the whole process. Dealing with Shawn proved to be a rewarding experience. Shawn knows his inventory and directed us to the New Outback even though our ambition was to purchase another Forester. I went in looking to buy a car. I could't make up my mind which car I wanted and i was there for a minimum of 8 hours. God bless them.He put up with me for a good while and tried like xxxx to get me to buy this car I wanted but didn't really want to spend the money.He did a fantastic job and I bought this car and I love it. The clincher was the young lady Angel, who was with me till 10:00 P.M. signing papers for financing, insurance, and making sure the customer (me) got everything I was supposed to get. From salesperson to GM, from Business Office to the service guy, everyone was extremely friendly, and accomodating. They all exhibited highest level of professionalism, unseen and unheard off in my 5 previous experiences. They were all straightforward in their dealing, no pressure, no haggling, no surprises and took time to make sure we were fully satisfied by the sale. I strongly recommend to all those prospective car buyers to do your homework on-line and go see Colonial for stress-free, honest and bottom line competitive pricing, with a smile.
