In 2004 my husband and I purchased our first Subaru Forester from Colonial. Our Subaru has only been dealer serviced at Colonial and our Service Manager Rob Migliaccio has been absolutely the best. Since purchasing our first Subaru my brother-in-law bought an Outback, our nephew bought a new Impreza recently and now in 2012 we just purchased our second Subaru Forester. The purchasing experience has been great, Rick Trier, our Salesman was very kowledgeable about the vechile, very patient with us, and was sure that we would be purchasing another Subaru Forester. Manager Albert Meeks was also helpful with our buying experience. Thank you to Lorraine Dugan for her expertise in the financial portion of purchasing our new vehicle. I went there already knowing what I wanted - a 2012 Subaru Forester. They wasted hours of my time while they threw lots of sales pitches at me (I was already sold- I just needed to hear the right numb Subaru Forester. They wasted hours of my time while they threw lots of sales pitches at me (I was already sold- I just needed to hear the right numbers!). They made me watch videos on Subaru and they talked to me about how much I could afford each month. I felt like they saw me as someone they could take advantage of. In the end when they finally got around to appraising my trade in I was horrified and disappointed and almost gave up the idea of getting a new car completely. A week later I went to FRED BEANS in Doylestown. They appraised my trade in at $13,500, which was $4,500 more than they offered me at Colonial. I also found Fred Beans' sales team to have a higher caliber of business etiquette all around and felt they had a genuine interest in their customers' satisfaction longterm over winning them over to make a sale immediately.
