I came to Colonial Volkswagen Subaru after being recommended by my son, seeing as his friend is a salesman here. All I can say is WOW! What great service! Johnny helped answer all of my questions, and even allowed me to take a long test drive, rather than your typical "around-the-block" test drives. He even had no problem taking out a showroom car, even though it was a hassle, and I still happened to purchase the other car. My 2013 Volkswagen Passat is my favorite car since my Triumph Spitfire, now thats a comparison! I will recommend this dealer, and especially salesman Johnny B to all of my friends, whether they are buying new, or used. I look forward to doing business with them in the future, and i know for a fact that every visit, will be an exceptional visit. More

Tony provided excellent service to our family. We were shopping 5 different brands and narrowed it down to 2 which is Subaru and Mazda. I have been buying cars for over 23 years and I think I have finally found the dealership and salesman that I will return to. I have bought cars before but never felt like I needed to return to the same place in order to get the best treatment. That has changed. I don't think I will ever go tom another now that I have been to Colonial. My salesman was Ted Cicchino and I don't think I will go anywhere else because of the treatment he gave me and my family. I didn't think I would actually purchasing a new vehicle but things just fell into place as I sat with and asked questions with Ted Cicchino. I went to Colonial Subaru on a recent Friday morning with a friend who had previously purchased a Subaru from this dealer. We expected to look at a few different dealers and a several different models on tha a friend who had previously purchased a Subaru from this dealer. We expected to look at a few different dealers and a several different models on that day. However after we met David Johnson in the sales lot and after a test drive, many questions answered and some negotiations I drove away that afternoon in a new Subaru Crosstrek. Throughout the process David "DJ" Johnson was not only professional but very courteous and reasonable in our negotiations. Also I must mention that the Finance Manager Judstin Gleim was very helpful in getting the financing in order and the paperwork done quickly. I really needed to get a new car though I did not look forward to what I thought would be an ordeal.
